Order this product and emailed twice and called and left a voicemail 5 times to refund this product, and no one has called or emailed me back since the beginning of November! First of you have to be careful when product is plugged that you can’t move around too much, and the connecting cords for this wand, seem to short or disconnect. Once this was discovered as soon as I got the item, I reached out to return and get a refund. There is only ever an option to leave a voicemail, in which it goes unreturned. Won’t be buying from this company again!
